This, my friends, is the bio page(DUH). I will describe him and try to give you a better understanding of this hottie with a body. Jason David Frank came into this earth on September 4th 1973 as a young carmel-eyed, and brown-haired boy. He was born in Covina, California, where he was raised by his parents, Ray and Janice Frank (owners of a Covina trucking co.). He first got into martial arts at the age of 4 when he saw a martial arts studio as he was walking down the street. He learned very quickly and started teaching martial arts himself at the age of 12. By 18, however, he bought a studio and called it "Jason Frank's School of Toso Kune Do". But, he'd soon have to leave it. At 19, he auditioned for none other than Power Rangers and landed the part of Tommy Oliver. He stayed on the show for about 2 years and then was going to be cut from the rosters. But his fans wouldn't go for it. Haim Saban's office was filled with outraged fans wanting their "Tommy" back. So, he stayed. When is was time to leave the show,(1997) he decided to be with his wife, Shawna, and his 2 kids ,Jacob and Hunter. He did that for a while and even opened up the "Rising Sun Karate Academy", where he currently teaches. And then, all of a sudden, burst back onto the acting scene in MTV's Undressed(he played Carl). And now, with one more kid in the family(a daughter), he is about to be seen in The Privateers(he plays Capt. Vyancort) and Operation: Planet Earth(he plays Drake). Although he does seem to stay grounded, he does get a little overwhelmed at times he has admitted. So, what is next for this family guy? We won't know till we see it but I know one thing for sure.......it will be breath taking! |
